John Allen opened the Propeller Brewing Company in 1997 on Gottingen Street, Halifax, Nova Scotia. 20 years later, it was decided a rebrand was required.

 

Melon retained the propeller as the center of it's new logo, and developed a comprehensive colour system to denote the countless types of beers and flavours offered. The logo design and graphic design was applied to trucks, vans, signage, bottles, cans, merchandise, coasters and website.
